Allan Feinberg

Managing Director

Allan is an experienced remuneration consultant having worked across many organisations and sectors including mining and metals, construction, and engineering and utilities.


Prior to founding RCS (formerly known as BDO Reward WA Pty Limited), Allan was founder and Managing Director of AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice subsequently acquired by Mercer; Business Leader for Mercer’s Pacific Region Resources and Energy Practice; and State Manager at Hay Group Western Australia.


Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Charmaine Reay

Executive Director

Charmaine has experience in remuneration consulting and salary survey management and development.


Previously, Charmaine was the Principal Consultant at Mercer’s Resources and Energy Practice for Australia. Prior to Mercer Charmaine was a Director at AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice that was acquired by Mercer.


Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication and Statistics)

Min Hong

Executive Director

Min is a skilled and experienced senior IT leader with a proven track record of over a decade in remuneration survey management systems, data analytics, and enterprise-level software design and development. Min possesses a deep understanding of software development, cloud technology, microservice infrastructure, machine learning, and process automation.


Min previously served as Mercer Digital's Software Development Lead for Australia and the US (United States), where he successfully led an international team and delivered numerous IT projects, including global insurance policy management, job evaluation systems, and survey data collection. Prior to that, he held the position of Software Manager at AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice that was later acquired by Mercer.


Min's expertise in software design and development, combined with his strong leadership skills and international project management experience.

Chief Financial Officer

Derry is chartered accountant qualified with over 20 years’ experience working in various finance roles. She has worked both internationally and in Australia across a wide variety of industries including Retail, IT, Manufacturing and Mining.


Derry is a dynamic and capable leader who strives for continuous improvement.

Linda O’Farrell

Chair

As a senior people and culture executive Linda has shaped people strategy for leading international resources companies including Fortescue Metals Group and BHP during periods of massive growth, fostering values based cultures of innovation and inclusion. Linda is a director at Austin Engineering and chairs Remsmart’s advisory board.


Linda’s passion for leadership, mental health and community wellbeing is channelled through directorships at Lifeline Australia, the Australian Institute of Management WA and Netball WA. During her time in the resources sector Linda was honoured to serve as a Vice President for the Australian Resources and Energy Employer Association (AREEA).

Branden Dekenah

Advisory Board Member

Branden is an entrepreneur, business leader and mentor working in technology & innovation, business strategy and digital transformation, and has consulted internationally on management & business, technology strategy and enterprise architecture.


Branden has experience in developing and exiting technology businesses, having co-founded Conducive in 2006 (which was sold to Empired (ASX:EPD), now Cap Gemini, in 2012), and Interfuze in 2018. Between founding and managing business he has held leadership positions in multinational finance and technology companies.

Principal

Jenny is experienced in remuneration consulting and salary survey management and development.


Previously, Jenny was a senior consultant at Aon and has held specialist and leadership roles in Human Resource positions focussing on compensation management on a national and global basis in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Engineering & Construction sectors.


Jenny is a seasoned compensation management professional and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Rachel is an experienced administration professional with a 20 plus year career in industries such as law enforcement, public healthcare, mining, luxury yachts, property investment and Not for Profit.  Skilled in all aspects of Project & Team Administration up to and including Board Executive Secretary.

Sienna, an insightful and solution-driven business analyst, excels at turning data into actionable insights that drive project success. With expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis, she uncovers valuable insights through detailed reporting. Sienna is also highly skilled in Excel, including advanced Pivot Table use, helping streamline data visualization and reporting processes.


By closely collaborating with business teams, she listens to their needs and builds automation systems that enhance efficiency, making tasks easier and more productive.
