About The Event

The REMSMART Remuneration Roadmap Training is a 1.5-day paid event, with a cost of $2,595 plus GST. Once you RSVP, one of our RESMART consultants will follow up with more details and guide you through the payment process.

Our programme addresses management, policy, and legal issues in developing pay structures, incentive plans, and benefit offerings. It is designed for Managers and HR Professionals looking to gain a deeper understanding of remuneration strategy and local market conditions influencing pay practices (i.e., pay secrecy and pay equity).  The material has been designed with the WA labour market in mind and contains real-life examples and case studies from REMSMART’s relationship with over 200+ clients and/or recent remuneration-based consulting engagements. The REMSMART forum will allow attendees to engage in detailed discussions with their industry peers on challenges and trends impacting our remuneration landscape. In-depth industry knowledge and pay insights will enable the practical application of knowledge learned.  As well as learning how to optimise returns from salary investments, attendees will gain the necessary skills and confidence to select and interpret market data and assess alternative approaches to building remuneration frameworks.
